At Sevorea, we stand behind the science of our formulations. Because our products are dietary supplements, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure health and safety standards, while still protecting our customers' results.
Please read the guidelines below carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Our 30-Day "No Results" Refund Guarantee
We do not offer standard refunds for buyers' remorse, accidental orders, or canceled minds. All sales are final upon checkout.
The only exception to this rule is our 30-Day Results Guarantee:

The Requirement: You must try the product consistently for at least 30 days.

The Cause: If you have taken the product as directed for a full 30 days and have experienced absolutely no visible results or structural skin improvement, you are eligible to claim a refund.

Limitation: This guarantee applies strictly to your first individual bottle purchase of Sevorea. Bulk bundles or subsequent orders are not eligible for results-based refunds.
2. No Returns Accepted
Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations governing ingestible supplements, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened bottles back to our warehouse. If your refund request under the 30-Day "No Results" Guarantee is approved, you will receive your refund directly without needing to ship the product back to us.
3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your package arrives physically broken, damaged, or with a compromised safety seal, we will not issue a cash refund, but we will send you a replacement bottle completely free of charge.
To claim a replacement:

Provide your order number along with a clear photograph showing the damage to the bottle or packaging.
4. How to Submit a Claim
If 30 days have passed and you have seen no results, or if your item arrived damaged, please reach out to our support team at info@sevorea.com.
Please include your order number and a brief description of your experience so our team can review your request. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
