Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sevorea. We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality formulations to our customers across the United States as safely and efficiently as possible.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our processing timelines and delivery expectations.


1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (including all 50 states).

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the USA at this time.

2. Shipping Timelines & Rates

Our goal is to ensure you receive your order in a predictable, timely manner.

  • Standard Shipping Timeline: 7 to 15 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: [Insert "Free" or your flat rate, e.g., $5.95] on all orders.

Please note: Delivery windows are estimates. While the vast majority of our packages arrive within this timeframe, occasional carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume holidays may slightly alter delivery dates.

3. Order Processing Time

Before your order enters the transit network, it must be processed at our fulfillment center.

  • All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business Monday.

4. Tracking Your Order

We believe in full transparency. Once your order has been packaged and scanned by the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • This email will contain your dedicated tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's progress in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours from receiving your tracking link for the carrier's system to update the tracking status online.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, we maintain a strict delivery guarantee:

  • If your package is officially lost in transit and does not show a "Delivered" status within 30 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement shipment.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Sevorea is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your payment.

  • Stolen Packages: Once a carrier updates a package status to "Delivered," Sevorea is no longer liable for the package. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items stolen from porches, mailboxes, or residential doorsteps after a documented delivery.
